单自由度振动台随机波形复现控制策略研究
Research on Control Strategy of Random Waveform Reproduction for Single DOF Shaking Table
【摘要】 波形复现作为振动环境模拟技术中的一种试验方法,对减小因振动造成的损失和满足产品升级需要等具有重要的实际意义。为了提高波形复现的精度和拓展伺服控制系统频宽,提出一种基于时滞估计的迭代控制随机波形复现策略。首先研究三状态控制策略来拓展系统频宽,之后通过计算响应信号与参考信号的相关系数算出系统的滞后时间,解决液压系统的时滞问题,提高波形复现精度。最后基于时滞估计的迭代控制算法进行波形复现试验,迭代后的相关系数均高于迭代前的相关系数,证明了基于时滞估计迭代算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Waveform reproduction as a test method in vibration environment simulation technology has important practical significance in reducing the loss caused by vibration and meeting the needs of product upgrading. In order to improve the precision of waveform repetition and extend the bandwidth of the servo control system, a random waveform repetition strategy based on iterative control of time delay estimation was proposed. The three-state control strategy was studied to expand the system bandwidth, and then the lag time of the system was calculated by calculating the correlation coefficient between the response signal and the reference signal, to solve the delay problem in the hydraulic system and improve the waveform repetition accuracy. The iterative control algorithm based on time time-lag estimation was tested for waveform reproduction. The correlation coefficients after iteration are higher than those before iteration, which proves the effectiveness of the iterative algorithm based on time-lag estimation.
