一种工程车辆用高速开关阀的仿真与特性分析

【摘要】 高速开关阀作为一种重要的数字液压元件被应用于工程车辆中,研究其基本特性有利于产品优化、提高产品性能。根据高速开关阀结构参数及工作原理建立其理论模型;结合建立的理论模型,使用AMESim软件完成仿真模型的建立;并通过仿真结果分析输入电压、线圈匝数、占空比、弹簧预压力及刚度对高速开关阀性能的影响,指出高速开关阀的开闭时间以及上述参数如何影响阀的动态特性。

【Abstract】 As an important digital hydraulic component, high speed on-off valve is used in engineering vehicles.Studying its basic characteristics is conducive to optimize product and improve product performance.A theoretical model was established according to the structural parameters and working principle of the high speed on-off valve; according to the established theoretical model, the AMESim was used to complete the establishment of the simulation model; finally, the effects of driving voltage, coil turns, duty cycle, spring preload and stiffness on the performance of high-speed on-off valve were analyzed through simulation results.Meanwhile, how the opening time and closing time of the valve and the above parameters affect the dynamic characteristics of the valve was pointed out.
