基于混合推理的切削参数优选系统开发
Development of Cutting Parameter Data Optimization System Based on Hybrid Inference
【摘要】 针对现有航空发动机结构件切削加工参数数据库数据分散、针对性和准确性不强等问题,通过分析航空发动机结构件的加工工艺,提炼出影响切削加工参数选择的主要因素;据此,建立适用于航空发动机结构件加工的切削参数数据库系统,提出一种基于规则混合推理的加工参数智能优选方法;进而利用NX二次开发技术,开发出基于混合推理的切削参数优选系统,实现了切削参数的自动加载,从而有效减轻工艺人员设计负担,提高零件编程效率。最后,在航空发动机典型结构件上验证了所开发系统的有效性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the existing problems of scattered distribution of related cutting parameters, probable inapplicability and mismatch of involved cutting database when structural parts in the field of aerospace are to be machined, main factors that may leaded to different cutting parameter determination and thus resulted in different cutting finish were firstly found by focusing on various effects of related processing technology.Then, a novel intelligent cutting database system was established based on a hybrid rule-based reasoning strategy, which was suitable for cutting parameter optimization when machining the structural parts.Furthermore, by means of hybrid rule-based reasoning and NX secondary development technology, the cutting database system was established, by which the cutting parameters could be intelligently selected and automatically loaded.Therefore, the burden of technologists is effectively eased and thus relatively high programming efficiency can also be achieved.Finally, effectiveness of the developed technique is validated via its application onto the programming process of a typical parts of aeroengine.
