壳聚糖对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、血清抗氧化能力及肠道组织形态的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究饲粮添加壳聚糖对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、抗氧化性能及肠道组织形态的影响。采用单因素试验设计,将450只500日龄产蛋率相近、健康的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg、600 mg/kg、800 mg/kg壳聚糖,预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:200和800 mg/kg添加组产蛋率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),200 mg/kg添加组破软蛋率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,600 mg/kg添加组的哈夫单位显著提高(P<0.05),CAT活性显著提高(P<0.05),800 mg/kg添加组GSH-Px活性极显著提高(P<0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),200 mg/kg添加组T-AOC显著增加(P<0.05),200、600 mg/kg添加组T-SOD活性极显著提高(P<0.01);200和600 mg/kg添加组空肠绒毛高度与对照组相比显著增加(P<0.05),400 mg/kg添加组回肠肠壁厚度与对照组相比极显著提高(P<0.01)。在十二指肠中,与对照组相比,各试验组隐窝深度均显著降低(P<0.05),VH/CD均显著提高(P<0.05),600 mg/kg添加组绒毛高度极显著提高(P<0.01)。由此可见,在饲粮中添加壳聚糖可提高蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、血清抗氧化能力,并改善肠道组织形态。综合试验结果及养殖成本分析,在产蛋后期蛋鸡日粮内壳聚糖的最适添加量为200 mg/kg。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary chitosan addition on the production performance, antioxidant performance and intestinal tissue morphology of laying hens at the late laying stage. A total of 450 healthy Hyline Brown Layers with similar egg production rate at 500 d of age were randomly divided into five groups, with six replicates in each group, and 15 chickens in each replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet, and the experimental groups were supplemented with 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg, 600 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg chitosan in the basal diet, respectively. The pre-test period was 7 days, and the test period was 60 days. The results showed that the egg production rates of 200 and 800 mg/kg addition groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the soft egg breaking rate of 200 mg/kg addition group was significantly lower(P<0.05); the Haugh unit of 600 mg/kg addition group remarkably increased(P<0.05), and CAT activity in 600 mg/kg addition group increased significantly(P<0.05), GSH-Px activity in 800 mg/kg group increased significantly(P<0.01), MDA content decreased significantly(P<0.05), T-AOC in 200 mg/kg group increased significantly(P<0.05), T-SOD activity in 200 and 600 mg/kg groups increased significantly(P<0.01). The height of intestinal villi in 200 and 600 mg/kg addition groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The thickness of ileum wall in 400 mg/kg addition group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). In the duodenum, compared with the control group, the crypt depth in each experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.05), VH/CD was significantly higher(P<0.05), and the height of intestinal villi in 600 mg/kg addition group was significantly higher(P<0.01). It can be seen that dietary supplementation of chitosan can improve the production performance, serum antioxidant capacity and intestinal tissue morphology of laying hens at the late laying stage. Based on the experimental results and the analysis of cost of breeding, the optimum amount of chitosan added to the diet of laying hens in the late laying period is 200 mg/kg.
