日粮精粗比对育肥母羊肝脏、瘤胃上皮和空肠黏膜抗氧化能力的影响

【摘要】 该试验旨在研究不同精粗比日粮对藏羊母羊肝脏、瘤胃上皮和空肠黏膜抗氧化能力的影响。选取同质性良好的3月龄藏羊母羊90只,随机分为3组,分别饲喂精粗比例为3∶7(L组)、5∶5(M组)和7∶3(H组)的日粮。试验分为预试期(10 d)和正试期(90 d)。结果显示:(1)肝脏组织,M组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量显著高于L组(P<0.05),M组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于L组(P<0.05),较H组均差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)瘤胃上皮,M组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)含量高于L组(P>0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物(GSH-Px)含量高于L组(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)显著高于L组和H组(P<0.05),各组间其他指标差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)空肠黏膜,M组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量均显著高于H组(P<0.05),较L组差异不显著(P>0.05),各组间其他指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可知,日粮精粗比能够对藏母羊肝脏和胃肠道组织抗氧化能力产生明显的影响,其中以精粗比为5∶5的日粮可有效缓解育肥母羊氧化应激,增强其抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of diets with different ratios of concentrate to roughage on the antioxidant capacity of liver, rumen epithelium and jejunal mucosa of Tibetan of Tibetan ewes. A total of 90 3-month-old weaning lambs with good homogeneity were selected and assigned to 3 groups according to the principle of random block: a diet of 3∶7(Group L), 5∶5(Group M) and 7∶3(Group H), respectively. The test was divided into a pre-trial period(10 days) and an experimental period(90 days). The results showed that(1) in liver tissues, the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in group M was significantly higher than that in group L(P<0.05), the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly lower than that of group L(P<0.05), and the differences were not significant compared with that of group H(P>0.05).(2) For rumen epithelium, the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) of group M was higher than that of group L(P>0.05). The content of glutathione peroxides(GSH-PX) in group M was also higher than that in group L(P<0.05). Catalase(CAT) in group M was significantly higher than that in group L and group H(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in other indexes among the groups(P>0.05).(3) As for jejunal mucosa, the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and catalase(CAT) in group M were all significantly higher than those in group H(P<0.05), and the differences were not significant compared with those in group L(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in other indexes among the groups(P>0.05). It can be concluded, therefore, the antioxidant function of liver and gastrointestinal epithelial tissues of Tibetan ewe is significantly affected by the ratio of concentrate to roughage. Among them, the 5∶5 diet could effectively alleviate oxidative stress and improve its antioxidant capacity.
