洼地绵羊羔羊O型口蹄疫疫苗免疫程序的优化
Optimization of Immune Procedure of Foot and Mouth Disease Type O Vaccine for Wadi Lambs
【摘要】 为优化洼地绵羊羔羊O型口蹄疫疫苗免疫程序,为洼地绵羊口蹄疫综合防控措施的制定提供参考依据,试验采用阻断ELISA方法分析了羔羊母源抗体消长规律、不同剂量疫苗免疫抗体消长规律、疫苗加强免疫不同间隔时间抗体消长规律。结果显示:(1)随着羔羊月龄的逐渐增加,其体内的母源抗体效价迅速降低,3月龄的母源抗体效价已经远远低于完全保护性抗体效价(1∶128);(2)在疫苗免疫后14 d、21 d、28 d、60 d、90 d、120 d、150 d、180 d、210 d,双倍剂量组的抗体效价均显著高于单倍剂量组(P<0.05);(3)在疫苗首免后90 d、120 d、150 d、180 d、210 d,加强免疫间隔1个月组的抗体效价均显著高于间隔半个月组(P<0.05)。确定该羊场羔羊的最佳免疫程序为:羔羊3月龄免疫O型口蹄疫灭活疫苗双倍剂量,首免后间隔1个月加强免疫O型口蹄疫灭活疫苗。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the optimizing immunization procedure of type O foot-and-mouth disease vaccine for Wadi sheep and provide reference for the formulation of comprehensive prevention and control measures, the blocking ELISA method was used to analyze the laws of growth and decline of maternal antibody of lambs, antibody of different doses of vaccine, and antibody of different intervals of booster immunization. The results showed that(1)with the increase of the month age of lambs, the maternal antibody titer in the body decreased rapidly, and the maternal antibody titer of 3 months old was far lower than that of the fully protective antibody(1:128);(2)At 14, 21, 28, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 and 210 days after vaccination, the antibody titer of double dose group was significantly higher than that of single dose group(P<0.05);(3)At 90, 120, 150, 180 and 210 days after the first immunization, the antibody titer of the group with one month interval was significantly higher than that of the group with half a month interval(P<0.05). The results showed that the best immunization procedure of lambs in the farm is that 3 months old lambs are immunized with double dose of inactivated type O foot-and-mouth disease vaccine and a booster vaccine is given after 1 month of the first immunization.
