不同比例艾草替代花生秧对湖羊生产性能、血清生化指标和瘤胃发酵参数的影响
Effects of Artemisia Argyi Replacing Partial Peanut Seedling on Production Performance,Serum Biochemical Indices and Ruminal Fermentation Parameters of Hu Sheep
【摘要】 试验旨在研究不同比例艾草替代花生秧对湖羊生产性能、血清生化指标和瘤胃发酵参数的影响。试验选取体重为(20.00±0.64)kg左右健康状态良好的湖羊公羊120只,随机分为4个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均使用艾草替代基础饲粮中的花生秧,替代量分别为25%、50%、75%。试验期为60 d。结果表明:(1)整个试验期(1~60 d),各试验组湖羊的平均日采食量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组和对照组相比,平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料肉比显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)试验前期(1~30 d),各试验组粗脂肪和酸性洗涤纤维的消化率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验后期(31~60 d),试验Ⅲ组湖羊粗蛋白的消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组粗脂肪的消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)试验Ⅱ组血清IgG、IL-2含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组CD4~+/CD8~+显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)各试验组瘤胃氨态氮含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组瘤胃淀粉酶活显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加25%~75%的艾草等量替代花生秧显著降低了湖羊的平均日采食量;饲粮中添加25%艾草替代等量花生秧能够提高湖羊的平均日增重,降低料肉比,维持瘤胃内环境稳定;饲粮中添加50%艾草替代等量花生秧能够提高湖羊血清免疫水平。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of artemisiaargyi replacing partial peanut seedling on production performance, serum biochemical indices and ruminal fermentation parameters of Hu sheep. A total of 120 healthy Hu sheep with the body weight about(20.00±0.64) kg were randomly divided into 4 groups, 5 replicates in each group and 6 sheep in each replicate. The controlled group were fed basal diet. TestⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups were all fed the basal diet with artemisiaargyi replacing 25%, 50% and 75% peanut straw, respectively. The test period was 60 days. The results showed:(1)in the whole stage, the average daily feed intake of Hu sheep in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the average daily gain in testⅠgroup was significantly increased and the feed to gain ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05).(2) At the early stage(1-30 d), the EE and ADF digestibility of experiment groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). At the late stage(31~60 d), the CP digestibility in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), the EE digestibility in the experiment groups was significantly higher than of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The IgG and IL-2 content in serum in testⅡgroup were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); the CD4+/CD8+ contents in serum of testⅡand test Ⅲ group were higher than the control group(<0.05).(4) The NH3-N contents in rumen of all the experiment groups were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The amylase in rumen of testⅠgroup was significantly higher than that of the control group. In conclusion, the basal diet supplementation of 25%~75% artemisia argyi replacing the same amount of peanut seedling significantly reduced the ADF of Hu sheep; The addition of 25% artemisia argyi instead of peanut seedling in the basal diet could increase ADG, reduce the feed to gain ratio, and maintain ruminal environment stability of Hu sheep. The addition of 50% artemisia argyi instead of peanut seedling could improve the serum immunity level of Hu sheep.
