BMIT型FPSO转塔舱关键结构设计与研究
Design and study of key structure for turret tank of a bmit equipped FPSO
【摘要】 BMIT型单点型式适用于水深较深、通道较多的FPSO,与我国南海之前新建的FPSO所采用的STP型单点相差较大。针对FPSO转塔舱的结构布置,结合BMIT型单点的界面特点,对南海某采用BMIT型单点的FPSO转塔舱设计进行总结,详细阐述了单点轴承支撑结构界面、塔架腿界面、限位挡块界面的设计以及疲劳节点的设计及优化。
【Abstract】 BMIT single point mooring system is fit for FPSO with deeper water and more tunnels, which is quite different from former newly-built FPSO equipped with STP single point mooring system. Based on the structural arrangement of FPSO turret tank and the interface feature of BMIT single point mooring system, structural design for turret tank of a BMIT equipped FPSO is summarized and design of bearing support structure interface, gantry leg interface, stopper interface and fatigue details have been detailed.
