四棱锥结构尺寸对间隙装甲抗侵彻性能的影响
Influence of four pyramid structure size on penetration resistance of spaced armor
【摘要】 本文设计一种可使弹道偏转的含四棱锥/尼龙结构间隙装甲,并通过弹道冲击实验测试不同结构靶板的抗侵彻性能。实验表明,四棱锥靶板具有较好的弹道偏转效果。通过数值仿真的方法建立组合间隙靶板的有限元模型,研究四棱锥朝向、四棱锥的底边尺寸及坡度对间隙装甲抗侵彻性能的影响。结果表明:四棱锥为迎弹面的间隙装甲抗侵彻性能优于四棱锥为背弹面的间隙装甲;间隙装甲抗侵彻性能受弹体侵彻四棱锥的深度以及四棱锥坡度2个因素影响;四棱锥坡度i=6/7的间隙装甲抗侵彻性能最好。
【Abstract】 A four-pyramid/nylon spaced armor with ballistic deflection was designed, and ballistic impact tests were carried out to test the anti-penetration performance of different structures.The experimental results show that the four-pyramid target plate has a good ballistic deflection effect. The finite element model of the combined spaced plate was established by numerical simulation, and the effects of the orientation of the pyramid, the size of the bottom edge of the pyramid and the slope on the anti-penetration performance of the spaced armor were studied. The results show that the penetration resistance of the spaced armor with the four-pyramid facing projectile is better than that with the four-pyramid facing projectile. The penetration resistance of spaced armor is affected by two factors: the penetration depth of the pyramid and the slope of the pyramid. The spaced armor with a four-pyramid slope i =6/7 has the best penetration resistance.
