悬挑结构临时支撑拆除顺序优化研究
Study on optimization of temporary support demolition sequence for cantilever structure
【摘要】 临时支撑常用于悬挑结构的施工过程中。通过确定最优的临时支撑拆除顺序,可以使得施工过程中结构的力学状态变化平稳而缓慢,保障施工安全。本文从位移量及应变能两方面入手,提出了两种具体可行且切实有效的优化方法,还提出了一种应用有限元软件SAP2000计算应变能的方法,并通过实际工程进行对比验证。结果表明:本文提出的两种优化方法都具有良好的优化效果,可为相似工程提供一定参考。
【Abstract】 Temporary support is commonly used in the construction of cantilever structures. By determining the optimum sequence of temporary support demolition, the structural mechanical state changes smoothly and slowly during construction, ensuring safety in the process. This paper presents two practical and effective optimization methods, based on displacement and strain energy, respectively, and introduces a method for calculating strain energy by using finite element software SAP2000, which has been verified by practical engineering project. The results demonstrate that both two optimization methods proposed in this paper produce significant optimization effects,which could provide some references for similar engineering projects.
