钢绞线对预制混凝土高塔筒结构的影响分析
Analysis of influence of steel strand on precast concrete high tower structure
【摘要】 针对拉脱法检测钢绞线预应力会对预制混凝土塔筒结构产生二次破坏,且该结构在缺陷条件下是否安全等问题,以华北某50MW风电场预制混凝土塔筒结构为例,建立了高塔筒结构缺陷数学模型,利用频率法对钢绞线预应力进行检测,最后通过降温法将预应力加至模型中,对混塔结构的位移、应力和损伤情况进行计算分析。结果表明,利用频率法检测钢绞线预应力可以避免对钢绞线造成损伤;针对预应力损失情况,塔筒的拉应力以及位移随着预应力的降低而增加,各段塔筒的受拉损伤情况加剧,与预应力混凝土结构的特性符合。该成果对我国风电机组混凝土塔筒的设计和规范制定具有重要的理论意义,对同类风电机组的检测及安全运行具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 In view of the problems such as the secondary damage of the precast concrete tower structure when the prestressed steel strand is detected by the pull-off method, and whether the structure is safe under the defect condition, taking the precast concrete tower structure of a 50 MW wind farm in North China as an example, the establishment of A mathematical model of the structural defects of the high tower was developed, the prestress of the steel strand was detected by the frequency method, and the prestress was added to the model by the cooling method, and the displacement, stress and damage of the mixed tower structure were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the use of the frequency method to detect the prestress of the steel strand can avoid damage to the steel strand; for the loss of prestress, the tensile stress and displacement of the tower increase with the decrease of the prestress, and the tension of each section of the tower increases. The damage is aggravated, in line with the properties of the prestressed concrete structure. The results have important theoretical significance for the design and specification of concrete towers for wind turbines in my country, and have certain reference value for the detection and safe operation of similar wind turbines.
