十字形部分包覆钢-混凝土组合异形柱轴压性能试验研究

【摘要】 为研究十字形部分包覆钢-混凝土组合异形柱(PEC柱)的轴压受力性能和破坏模式,设计制作了一根十字形PEC柱并进行轴心受压试验研究,并参考相关规范对试验数据进行理论分析对比。研究结果表明:在轴心受压的情况下,试件经历的工作阶段为弹性工作阶段、弹塑性工作阶段与塑性工作阶段,试件的最终破坏现象为柱中部的混凝土被压溃、部分混凝土脱落、柱中部的钢翼缘局部屈曲、钢翼缘与混凝土脱离、柱整体产生弯曲变形;试件破坏模式为整体失稳破坏;试件的试验承载力比参考《部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构技术规程》计算的理论计算值低,比考虑稳定系数后的理论计算值高,验证了十字形PEC柱的破坏模式,说明十字形PEC柱的承载力良好,该结构具有良好的工程应用前景。

【Abstract】 In order to study the axial compression performance and damage mode of the cross-shaped partially-encased concrete composite special-shaped column(PEC column), a cross-shaped PEC column was designed and manufactured to conduct the axial compression test, and the test data was theoretically analyzed and compared with reference to the relevant specifications. The results show that under axial compression, the working stages of the specimen are elastic working stage, elastoplastic working stage and plastic working stage. The final failure phenomenon of the specimen is that the concrete in the middle of the column is crushed, part of the concrete falls off, the steel flange in the middle of the column is local buckling, the steel flange is separated from the concrete, and the whole column is bent and deformed. The damage mode of the specimen is the overall instability damage. The test bearing capacity of the specimens is lower than the theoretical calculation value calculated by referring to the “Technical specification for partially encased composite structures of steel and concrete”, and higher than the theoretical calculation value after considering the stability coefficient, which proves the damage mode of the cruciform PEC columns, indicating that the bearing capacity of the cruciform PEC columns is good, and the structure has a bright engineering application prospect.
