板式拉结件在薄砌筑系统中的研发及应用
Research, development and application of plate tie in thin masonry system
【摘要】 近年来,由于节能要求的提高,结构自保温系统的使用越来越多,蒸压加气混凝土砌块作为自保温材料的填充墙使用普遍提高,加之综合经济效益提高,成本降低,逐步成为设计的首选。蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块采用薄层砌筑法砌筑时,灰缝厚度通常为2~4mm,为满足墙体拉结筋埋设,通常的工程做法是将埋设拉结筋处的灰缝加厚或砌体开槽将拉结筋埋入槽内,灰缝加厚易引起灰缝开裂并形成冷热桥,降低墙体的保温性能,灰缝厚度不一影响墙体美观;砌体现场开槽,不仅增加工人工作量,也产生很多灰尘和噪音,对环境和工人身体健康影响很大,不符合绿色施工理念。为解决上述问题,研发一种板式拉结件取代拉结筋,此拉结件可以省去施工砌体开槽步骤,并解决拉结件在主体结构中的精准定位问题。板式拉结件可形成标准化的工业产品,缩短工期,确保砌筑质量,市场应用前景广泛。
【Abstract】 In recent years, due to the improvement of energy-saving requirements, the use of structural self insulation systems has become increasingly common. The use of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks as self insulation materials for infill walls has generally increased. In addition, the overall economic benefits have improved and costs have decreased, gradually becoming the first choice for design. When autoclaved sand aerated concrete blocks are built using the thin layer masonry method, the thickness of the mortar joint is usually 2-4 mm. To meet the requirements for embedding the wall tie bars, the usual engineering practice is to thicken the mortar joint at the embedded tie bar or to embed the tie bar into the groove in the masonry. Thickening the mortar joint can easily cause cracking of the mortar joint and form a cold and hot bridge, reducing the insulation performance of the wall. The thickness of the mortar joint varies, which affects the aesthetics of the wall; The on-site slotting of masonry not only increases the workload of workers, but also generates a lot of dust and noise, which has a significant impact on the environment and workers’ physical health, and does not comply with the concept of green construction. To address the above issues, a plate type tie member has been developed to replace the tie bar. This tie member can eliminate the need for slotting in masonry construction and solve the problem of precise positioning of the tie member in the main structure. Plate type tie pieces can form standardized industrial products, shorten construction periods, ensure masonry quality, and have a wide market application prospect.
