TLCD对于超大型海上风机结构减振效果的数值分析

【摘要】 针对海上风机在环境荷载作用下的振动问题,本研究基于调谐液柱阻尼器(TLCD)进行海上风机的减振控制研究。以IEA 10MW单桩基础风机为研究对象,建立包含转子机舱组件、塔筒、基础结构、桩土相互作用、伺服控制和TLCD的整体耦合分析模型,研究安装于机舱、调谐整体结构一阶固有频率的TLCD对于海上风机在不同风浪联合荷载作用下结构响应的控制效果。结果表明:TLCD可以控制海上风机在环境荷载作用下的动力响应。相比风机正常运行工况和故障工况,对于极端工况和紧急停机工况下的结构反应,TLCD的控制效果更明显。

【Abstract】 The excessive structural vibrations of OWT under environmental loads are attracted significant attention. To alleviate the fatigue damage of OWTs and improve the structural reliability, the tuned liquid column damper(TLCD) is employed to mitigate the structural responses. The analysis model of IEA 10 MW monopile wind turbine under wind and wave loads is established based on the fully coupled analysis method. The controller performance of TLCD with the tuned first order frequency of OWT installed at the nacelle is then systematically investigated. The result showed that the dynamic responses of OWT under combined wind and wave loads can be effectively mitigated by TLCD. The more effective mitigation by TLCD is observed under extreme and emergency shutdown condition in comparison with the normal operation and failure conditions.
