空心楼盖宽扁梁框架结构的设计研究

【摘要】 单独的宽扁梁结构或空心楼盖结构的设计研究较多,但实际项目中,宽扁梁与空心楼盖组合应用案例很少,结合实际案例介绍了空心楼盖宽扁梁框架结构的应用,此结构体系结合了宽扁梁较好的延性和变形能力、空心楼盖较轻的自重及较大的楼板刚度的优点,如设计及构造措施得当,能具有很好的抗震性能并取得良好的建筑效果。根据罕遇地震作用下动力弹塑性时程对比分析结果可以得出,宽扁梁框架结构可以比普通梁框架结构具有更好的抗震性能。可供类似项目参考。

【Abstract】 There are many studies on the design of individual wide flat beam structures or hollow floor structures, but in practical projects, there are few cases of the combination of wide flat beams and hollow floors. This article introduces the application of hollow floor wide flat beam frame structures based on practical cases. This structural system combines the advantages of good ductility and deformation capacity of wide flat beams, light self weight of hollow floors, and large floor stiffness. If the design and construction measures are appropriate, it can have good seismic performance and achieve good building effects.According to the comparative analysis results of dynamic elastic-plastic time history under rare earthquakes, it can be concluded that wide flat beam frame structures can have better seismic performance than ordinary beam frame structures. This article can be used as a reference for similar projects.
