核心筒偏置办公塔楼结构扭转敏感性分析

【摘要】 核心筒偏置结构与传统核心筒居中结构的受力特征存在明显差异,建筑偏心造成结构刚心与重心差异即结构偏心,使得结构的扭转难以控制,造成结构不规则性显著和构件受力差异较大等问题,需要采取结构布置和构件层面的调整控制各项指标。为实现调整措施的经济合理,针对结构扭转指标的影响因素和各项调整措施进行敏感性分析。以中国海外大厦项目作为工程案例,对设计过程中因偏置筒出现的结构扭转等问题进行了探讨,说明了针对核心筒偏置结构扭转敏感性分析方法的使用。工程案例表明,采用敏感性分析,能够更为全面地考察偏筒结构的整体受力特点和需要着重加强的关键部位,在改善核心筒偏置带来的不利影响同时,增加了结构材料效率,从而提升了工程设计的合理性和经济性。

【Abstract】 There are obvious differences in the characteristics between the core tube offset structure and the core tube centered structure. The eccentricity causes the difference between the center of rigidity and the center of gravity, which makes it difficult to control the torsion of the structure, resulting in significant structural irregularity and difference in the force of the components. Therefore, it is necessary to take structural layout and component level adjustment to control various indicators. In order to realize the economic adjustment measures, the sensitivity analysis is carried out for the influencing factors of the structural torsion index and various adjustment measures. Taking China Overseas Building as an example, this paper discusses the structural torsion caused by offset tube, and explains the use of torsional sensitivity analysis methods for offset core tube structures. The project case shows that the sensitivity analysis can more comprehensively investigate the overall characteristics of the eccentric tube structure and the key parts that need to be strengthened. While improving the adverse effects of the core tube offset, it increases the efficiency of structure,improving the rationality and economy of design.
