金华市体育中心“一场两馆”结构设计
Structural design of one stadium and two sports hall of Jinhua City Sports Center
【摘要】 金华市体育中心包括体育场、体育馆和游泳馆,设计以兼做建筑外立面造型的V形混凝土柱为主要竖向承重构件,主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,体育馆和游泳馆大跨屋盖采用双曲面双层钢网壳,体育场月牙形罩棚采用双层钢网壳+封边管桁架拱的形式。分别对体育馆环形超长混凝土结构和体育场扇形超长混凝土结构进行温度应力分析,根据应力分布规律和大小,对体育馆采用外廊设缝,对体育场看台采用径向设置诱导槽+环向框架梁设置无粘结预应力钢筋等综合措施,以有效降低混凝土收缩应力的不利影响。对大跨钢屋盖结构进行了承载力、变形、稳定性分析和管桁架节点有限元分析,采用主管局部加套管的方法改善相贯节点处的受力性能,实现了经济合理的设计目标。
【Abstract】 Jinhua City Sports Center includes the stadium, gymnasium and natatorium, designed as the main vertical bearing elements, V-shaped concrete columns were also used for building fa?ade. The main structure adopts reinforced concrete frame structure. Large-span roof of gymnasium and natatorium adopt double-layer steel mesh shell, crescentshaped canopy was in the form of double-layer steel mesh shell and edge-sealed pipe truss arch. The temperature stress analysis was carried out on the ring super-long concrete structure of the gymnasium and the fan super-long concrete structure of the stadium respectively. According to the stress distribution rules and magnitude, certain structural measures were utilized for the purposes of reducing the adverse effect of concrete shrinkage stress. Structural joint was set at the outer corridor, and for the stadium stand, radial induced groove was set and unbonded prestressed reinforcement bars were used for the toroidal frame beams. Analysis on the bearing capacity, deformation and stability was conducted for the large-span steel structure roof, and finite element analysis was conducted for the pipe truss joints. The mechanical performance of the intersecting joints was improved by adding casing locally in the main pipe, which achieved economical and reasonable design goal.
