【摘要】 重型创伤性脑损伤（TBI）患者因长时间昏迷而影响预后，中医理论认为重型TBI宜从脾胃论治，西医研究认为肠道菌群可影响脑损伤的恢复。本文介绍一例中药师参与重型TBI治疗的思路，患者长时间昏迷并出现肺炎、发热、稀便不止，中药师建议调整肠内营养制剂的剂型及服用温度，同时使用粳米、山药熬制米油服用。服用4 d后患者意识清醒，再用2 d后腹泻治愈。本案例治疗效果良好，对中西医结合治疗重型TBI具有一定临床借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury(TBI) is affected by the prolonged coma. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), severe TBI should be treated from the spleen and stomach. Western medicine studies suggest that the intestinal flora can affect the recovery from brain injury. This paper reported the treatment of a case of severe TBI with the involvement of a TCM pharmacist. The patient was in a coma for a long time and developed pneumonia, fever, and diarrhea. The TCM pharmacist suggested adjusting the dosage form and taking temperature of enteral nutrition preparations and taking warm rice oil prepared with japonica rice and Chinese yam. After 4 days, the patient became conscious, and the diarrhea was cured after another 2 days. The definite treatment effect of this case provides a reference for the clinical treatment of severe TBI by integrated Chinese and western medicine.更多还原
