【摘要】 原发性肝癌是我国常见恶性肿瘤之一，发病率高，预后差。本文基于“肝藏血”和“肝体阴用阳”的理论，总结出原发性肝癌的主要病因病机为营阴亏虚，血液瘀滞。笔者团队以“营虚血瘀”为基本病机，在四物汤基础上化裁而成养营活血汤，运用该方治疗原发性肝癌取得了较好的临床疗效，延长了患者的生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Primary liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China, with high incidence and poor prognosis. According to the theories of liver storing blood and liver with yin substance and yang function, we summarize that the main causes and pathogenesis of liver cancer are nutrient deficiency and blood stasis. According to this pathogenesis, we develop Yangying Huoxue Decoction on the basis of Siwu Decoction. Yangying Huoxue Decoction has achieved good clinical effect and prolonged the lifetime of the patients with primary liver cancer.更多还原
