【摘要】 目的 观察自拟方清肺化痰汤治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2021年8月—2022年8月收治的肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证60例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组30例，对照组30例。对照组行常规抗感染及对症治疗，观察组在对照组基础治疗上加用自拟方清肺化痰汤，比较两组患儿治疗总有效率，症状消失时间（发热、咳喘、肺部啰音）、血常规（白细胞）、炎症因子（C反应蛋白水平、降钙素原）。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组症状消失时间均短于对照组（P <0.01），观察组治疗后红细胞、白细胞、C反应蛋白水平以及降钙素原均低于对照组（P <0.01）。结论 自拟方清肺化痰汤治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽，可以快速改善患儿相关症状，改善炎症，促进患儿迅速康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan Decoction on infantile pneumonia of wind-heat blocking lung pattern. Methods A total of 60 cases with pneumonia of windheat blocking lung pattern who were treated in Huoqiu The Second People’s Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomized into the observation group(n = 30) and control group(n = 30) with the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine anti-infection and symptomatic therapy, and the observation group with the Qingfei Huatan Decoction and the routine anti-infection and symptomatic therapy. The total effective rate, the time for the disappearance of symptoms(fever, cough with dyspnea, lung rales), blood routine(red blood cells, white blood cells), and Inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein, procalcitonin) were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The symptoms disappeared earlier in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05). The levels of red blood cells, white blood cells, C-reactive protein, and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Qingfei Huatan Decoction can quickly improve the symptoms, alleviate inflammation, and promote recovery of children with pneumonia with wind-heat blocking lung pattern.更多还原
