【摘要】 干燥综合征（SS）是一种以口干、眼干为主要表现的难治性结缔组织病，属于中医“燥痹”范畴，中医治疗能有效缓解其症状。从肺主治节理论论治SS，其病机主要是燥邪郁肺，肺失治节，气津失布，久则燥热内生，血瘀脉阻，变证丛生。基于此，笔者认为滋阴润燥、宣通肺气是治疗该病的大法，由此为SS的治疗提供一条新的治疗思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sjogren’s syndrome is a refractory connective tissue disease characterized by dry mouth and dry eyes. It belongs to the category of "dryness and arthralgia" in traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively alleviate symptoms. According to the theory of lung governing management and regulation, the pathogenesis of the disease is mainly the stagnation of dryness evil in the lung, the loss of management and regulation in the lung, the loss of qi and fluid distribution, the endogenous dryness and heat after a long time, blood stasis and pulse obstruction, and the generation of syndrome changes. Based on this, nourishing yin, moistening dryness, and dispersing lung qi are the major methods for the treatment of the disease, which provides a new treatment idea for the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.更多还原
