液冷冷板并联流道流量被动分配研究

【摘要】 有源相控阵雷达天线阵面中T/R组件的均温性对雷达的电气性能和可靠性有重要影响。针对单个冷板上存在多个大功率发热器件时并联流道的流量分配进行了研究,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟方法对液冷冷板流道的结构进行设计,使得流量分配均匀,并对液冷冷板有、无进行优化设计的数值模拟结果进行对比。结果表明流量分配的效果显著,对其他的单个冷板存在多个大功率器件的工况具有参考意义。

【Abstract】 The temperature uniformity of T/R components in the antenna array of active phased array radar has important effect on the electrical performance and reliability of radar.This paper studies the flow distribution of parallel flow channel with multiple high power heating devices on a single cold plate, uses the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) numerical simulation method to design the structure of liquid cooling plate flow channel, which ensures the uniform flow distribution, and compares the numerical simulation results of the liquid cooling plate with or without optimized design.Results show that the flow distribution effect is significant, which has reference significance for other working conditions in which there are multiple high-power devices on a single cold plate.
