同步辐射XAFS技术在能源催化原位测量研究中的应用
Synchrotron radiation XAFS applications in the in situ measurement for energy catalysis
【摘要】 本文简要介绍了基于大科学装置的同步辐射X射线吸收精细结构谱学(XAFS)的基本原理和实验方法,以及在能源催化原位测量研究中的应用.通过选择近年来该领域的一些代表性研究论文,概述了原位XAFS技术研究气-固相和液-固相化学反应测量的实验装置,以及在研究能源催化材料结构动态演化过程和机理中的应用,展示了XAFS技术对原位测量化学反应条件下活性结构演变的强大表征能力,并展望了XAFS技术在原位化学测量研究中的机遇和挑战.
【Abstract】 This review presents a brief introduction of the basic principles, data analysis and experimental methods of synchrotron radiation-based X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS) spectroscopy, as well as its applications in the in situ chemical measurements for energy catalysis researches. By selecting typical research papers in this field published in recent years, the experimental setups of in situ XAFS measurements are outlined for both gas-solid phase and liquidsolid phase chemical reactions. The focus is put on reviewing the applications of XAFS to study the structural dynamic evolution process of energy catalytic materials and reaction mechanism. These studies demonstrate the powerful characterization ability of the XAFS technique for in situ measurement of the active structure evolutions under real chemical reaction conditions, and point out further opportunities and challenges of XAFS for in situ measurements of other related chemical processes.
