【摘要】 采用柠檬酸络合燃烧法制备La0.90A0.10CoO3(A=Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba)催化剂,用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、BET、H2-TPR和NO-TPD等手段对La0.90A0.10CoO3催化剂的理化性质进行表征,在固定床反应器中评价了催化剂CO-SCR脱硝活性。结果表明:采用柠檬酸络合燃烧法制备的La0.90A0.10CoO3催化剂具有钙钛矿结构,无杂相生成(La0.90Mg0.10-CoO3除外);与LaCoO3催化剂相比,Ba2+部分取代La3+后,生成的La0.90Ba0.10CoO3催化剂粒径小且比表面积大,有良好的分散性和氧化还原性,对NO有适宜的吸脱附性能,CO-SCR脱硝性能好,在反应温度为360℃时,NO转化率为68.7%,其他碱土金属部分取代La3+后,催化活性变差。

【Abstract】 La0.90A0.10CoO3(A=Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) catalyst was prepared by citric acid complexation combustion method. The physicochemical properties of La0.90A0.10CoO3 catalyst were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM,BET, H2-TPR and NO-TPD. CO-SCR denitrification activity of the catalyst was evaluated in a fixed-bed reactor. The results show that La0.90A0.10CoO3 catalyst prepared by citric acid complexation combustion has a perovskite structure and no heterogeneous generation(except La0.90Mg0.10CoO3). Compared with LaCoO3 catalyst, La0.90Ba0.10CoO3 catalyst which is partially La3+ substituted by Ba2+, has small particle size and the large specific surface area, good dispersibility and redox performance, suitable absorption and desorption performance for NO, and good catalytic CO-SCR denitrification performance. At reaction temperature 360 ℃, NO conversion rate can reach 68.7%. The catalytic activity become poor after other alkaline earth metals partially replacing La3+.
