【摘要】 目的 探讨中医处方复方杜仲汤对腰椎管狭窄症患者腰椎椎间融合术的效果及预后影响。方法 回顾性研究2018年5月—2023年5月在漳州市中医院接受手术治疗的85例腰椎管狭窄症患者的临床资料，根据手术中有无应用中药分为研究组（45例）和对照组（40例）。两组均实施微创经椎间孔入路腰椎椎间固定融合术治疗，对照组给予常规治疗，研究组同时服用中医处方复方杜仲汤，对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分，并应用疼痛视觉模拟法（Visual Analogue Scale, VAS）测定术后腰腿疼痛度，应用颈脊髓功能评分法（Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores, JOA）评测腰椎功能，并掌握术后腰椎功能恢复效果。结果 治疗后，研究组中医证候积分、VAS评分低于对照组，JOA评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组优良率为93.33%高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=10.205,P<0.05）。结论 在腰椎管狭窄症微创经椎间孔入路腰椎椎间固定融合术治疗中联用复方杜仲汤，有助于改善临床症状，减少术后腰腿疼痛，促进腰椎功能恢复，有着良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and prognostic impact of Chinese medicine prescription compound Duzhong decoction on lumbar interbody fusion in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods A retrospective study was performed on the clinical data of 85 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who underwent surgery in Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2018 to May 2023, and were divided into study group(45 cases) and control group(40 cases) according to whether traditional Chinese medicine was used during surgery. Both groups were treated with minimally invasive transforaminal approach lumbar interbody fixation and fusion, the control group was given conventional treatment, and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription compound Eucommia ulmoides decoction at the same time, and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) was used to measure the postoperative pain of the lower back and legs, and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA) to evaluate lumbar spine function and grasp the recovery effect of lumbar spine function after surgery.Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome score in the study group was lower than that of the control group, the VAS score was lower than that of the control group, and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent rate of the study group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=10.205, P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis, the combination of compound Eucommia ulmoides decoction in the treatment of minimally invasive transforaminal approach to lumbar intervertebral fixation and fusion can help improve clinical symptoms, reduce postoperative lumbar and leg pain, and promote the recovery of lumbar spine function, which has a good effect.更多还原
