【摘要】 目的 分析在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（简称冠心病）心绞痛患者的临床治疗中实施丹芪通脉胶囊联合穴位贴敷的效果。方法 随机选取2021年3月—2022年11月菏泽市中医医院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者100例，通过双盲法分为参照组（n=50，实施常规治疗）与观察组（n=50，在参照组基础上实施丹芪通脉胶囊联合穴位贴敷治疗），比较两组患者治疗前后心功能指标以及心绞痛发作情况、中医证候积分、治疗效果。结果 治疗后，观察组各项心功能指标与心绞痛发作情况均优于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组的中医证候积分比参照组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗效果为96.00%，高于参照组的82.00%，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.005,P<0.05）。结论 在冠心病心绞痛患者中实施丹芪通脉胶囊联合穴位贴敷的治疗效果比较显著，不但能改善患者的心功能，还能改善患者的心绞痛发作情况，改善患者症状，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of implementing Danqi Tongmai capsule combined with acupuncture point patching for the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease for short) in the clinical treatment of angina pectoris. Methods A total of 100 patients with angina with coronary heart disease treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to November 2022 were randomly selected and divided into the reference group(n=50, conventional treatment) and the observation group(n=50, DanqiTongmai capsule combined with acupoint application treatment on the basis of the reference group) by double-blind method. The indexes of heart function, angina pectoris attack, TCM syndrome score and treatment effect were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, all indexes of cardiac function and angina pectoris in the observation group were better than those in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of observation group was 96.00%, higher than that of reference group(82.00%), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.005, P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of implementing Danqi Tongmai capsule combined with acupuncture point patching in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is relatively significant, which not only improves the cardiac function of the patients, but also improves the angina pectoris attack of the patients and improves the symptoms of the patients, which is worthy of popularization.更多还原
