【摘要】 目的 分析手术室护理在腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2020年7月—2023年6月东台市人民医院收治的88例前列腺癌患者为研究对象，对所有患者行回顾性分析，均行腹腔镜根治术，根据护理方式分组，对照组（n=44）行常规护理，观察组（n=44）联合应用手术室护理，对比两组心理弹性、应对方式、生存质量及不良事件发生率。结果 观察组乐观、坚韧和自强评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组积极应对评分高于对照组，消极应对评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组不良事件总发生率（4.55%）低于对照组（22.73%），差异有统计学意义（χ~2=6.175,P<0.05）。观察组生存质量各维度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理可提高腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者心理弹性，促使患者积极应对，预防不良事件作用明显，也可提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application value of operating room nursing in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Methods 88 prostate cancer patients admitted to Dongtai People’s Hospital from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Retrospective analysis was conducted on all patients, who underwent laparoscopic radical surgery. They were divided into two groups based on nursing methods: the control group(n=44) received routine nursing care, and the observation group(n=44) received combined use of operating room nursing. The psychological resilience, coping style, quality of life, and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher scores of optimism, resilience, and self-improvement than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group(4.55%) was lower than that in the control group(22.73%), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.175, P<0.05). The scores of various dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing can improve the psychological flexibility of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, prompt patients to actively respond, prevent adverse events, and improve the quality of life.更多还原
