【摘要】 目的 分析研究双波长激光在治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2021年1月—2022年12月期间厦门医学院附属口腔医院牙周病一科收治的104例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组各52例，两组均接受根管治疗和牙周治疗，对照组接受常规根管填充治疗和牙周治疗，观察组患者在常规根管填充治疗的基础上接受Nd:YAG激光对根管消毒，同时用Er:YAG激光闭合刮治去结石和清除袋内壁肉芽组织，记录两组临床疗效、牙周健康情况及安全性。结果 治疗1年后观察组取得的修复优良率（96.15%）明显高于对照组（84.61%），差异有统计学意义（χ~2=3.983,P<0.05）。两组患者接受干预前的牙周健康各指标对比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，观察组牙周健康评价各指标（PD、CAL、BI、PLI）均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组继发根尖炎、重度牙周炎、修复体脱落、根折等并发症发生总数与对照组对比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床为牙周-牙髓联合病变患者应用双波长激光治疗疗效确切，安全可靠，对促进牙周健康和牙体健康有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and study the application value of dual-wavelength laser in the treatment of periodontal-pulp joint lesions. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 104 patients with combined periodontal and endodontic lesions admitted to the Department of Periodontal Diseases, Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen Medical University were conveniently selected as the research objects. The selected subjects were divided into two groups randomly, 52 cases in each group, and both groups received root canal treatment and periodontal treatment. The control group received conventional root canal filling treatment and periodontal treatment, and the patients in the observation group received Nd:YAG laser disinfection of root canals on the basis of conventional root canal filling treatment. At the same time, Er:YAG laser closed curettage was used to remove stones and remove the granulation tissue on the inner wall of the bag. The clinical curative effect, periodontal health and safety of two groups were recorded. Results The good and good rate of restoration in the observation group(96.15%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.61%) after 1 year of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.983, P<0.05). There was statistically significant difference in the total number of complications such as secondary apexitis,severe periodontitis, restoration loss, and root fracture in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinically, dual-wavelength laser treatment for patients with periodontal-endodontic combined lesions is effective, safe and reliable, and has a positive effect on promoting periodontal and dental health.更多还原
