【Abstract】 Ischemic heart disease has become the most common cause of death, which is often accompanied by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Berberine is a natural drug extracted from Rhizoma Coptidis, which may have effects on oxidative stress, apoptosis, inflammatory response, endoplasmic reticulum stress, autophagy and peripheral immune system.
