【摘要】 目的 探究老年慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中使用运动康复治疗对心功能和生活质量产生的影响。方法随机选取2020年3月—2022年10月黑龙江省医院心内科收治的60例慢性心衰患者为研究对象，根据不同治疗方式分为对照组(常规治疗)和研究组（运动康复治疗），各30例，比较两组治疗前后6 min步行实验距离、疾病治疗效果、生活质量。结果 研究组患者的疾病治疗总临床效果（93.33%）高于对照组（70.00%），差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.454,P<0.05）；治疗后研究组6MWT恢复水平均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者各项MLWHFQ生活质量评分均有降低，且研究组各项生活质量评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 运动恢复治疗方式能够很好地提高慢性心力衰竭患者运动能量，从而改善心功能、生命质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of exercise rehabilitation therapy on cardiac function and quality of life in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Sixty patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Heilongjiang Province Hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 were random selected as the study subjects and divided into control group(conventional treatment) and study group(sports rehabilitation treatment), 30 cases each, to compare, the experimental distance of 6 min walking, and the effect of disease treatment, and quality of life of the two groups before after treatment. Results The total clinical therapeutic effect of the study group(93.33%) was higher than that of the control group(70.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.454, P<0.05). After treatment, the recovery level of 6 MWT in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the MLWHFQ quality of life scores of the two groups were decresed, and all quality of life scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation therapy can improve the exercise energy of patients with chronic heart failure, thus improving cardiac function and quality of life.更多还原
