一次性不同剂量氢吸入对大学生空间认知能力的影响
The effect of one-time hydrogen inhalation at different dosages on spatial cognitive abilities in college students
【摘要】 目的 探究一次性不同剂量氢吸入对大学生空间认知能力的影响,为提高青少年的空间认知能力提供思路。方法 将招募的44名男性受试者随机分成吸氢20 min组、吸氢40 min组、吸氢60 min组和对照组(不吸氢);吸氢前、吸氢结束即刻、吸氢结束后30 min,各组均进行一次心理旋转测试,以测试的反应时评估受试者的空间认知能力。结果 吸氢结束即刻,吸氢40 min组的反应时低于吸氢前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他组吸氢前后的反应时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。吸氢后30 min,吸氢20 min组、吸氢40 min组的反应时均低于吸氢前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);吸氢60 min组、对照组吸氢前后的反应时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 一次性氢吸入对男性大学生空间认知能力的提高有积极作用,吸氢40 min的效果更好。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of one-time hydrogen inhalation at different dosages on spatial cognitive abilities in college students, providing insights for improving the spatial cognitive abilities of young people. Methods 44 male participants were randomly divided into four groups: hydrogen inhalation for 20 minutes, 40 minutes, 60 minutes, and a control group(no hydrogen inhalation). A mental rotation test was performed before hydrogen inhalation, immediately after inhalation, and 30 minutes after inhalation in all groups to evaluate the participants’ spatial cognitive abilities. Results Immediately after hydrogen inhalation, the reaction time of the 40-minute group was lower than before hydrogen inhalation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the reaction time before and after hydrogen inhalation in the other groups(P>0.05). Thirty minutes after hydrogen inhalation, the reaction time of both the 20-minute and 40-minute groups was lower than before hydrogen inhalation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the reaction time before and after hydrogen inhalation in the 60-minute group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusions One-time hydrogen inhalation has a positive effect on improving the spatial cognitive abilities of male college students, and inhalation for 40 minutes is more effective.
