【摘要】 目的 分析2019—2020年某二甲医院丙型病毒性肝炎(简称丙肝)的发病趋势和流行特征，为制定有效的防控措施提供科学依据。方法 回顾2019—2020年某二甲医院收治的291例丙肝患者的临床资料，分析其流行病学特征。结果 2020年，该院收治丙型病毒性肝炎患者(138例)较2019年(153例)有所下降；全年各月均有病例报告，未表现出明显的季节性分布特征。291例患者中，男性构成比为64.95%,职业分布以农、渔(船)民业为主(36.08%),主要来自农村(44.33%)。随着月收入、受教育程度的增加，丙肝患者构成比降低；41～60岁年龄段患者构成比(39.18%)、已婚或同居患者构成比(57.73%)均为同类别中最高。结论 某医院收治的丙肝患者中农村中年男性的占比高，丙型肝炎防治工作需针对重点人群、重点地区进行宣传教育，根据不同的流行特征采取相应的防控措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the incidence trend and epidemic characteristics of C-type viral hepatitis(hereinafter referred to as hepatitis C) in a second-class hospital from 2019 to 2020 so as to provide scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures. Methods The clinical data of 291 patients with hepatitis C admitted to a second-class hospital from 2019 to 2020 were reviewed, and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed. Results In 2020, the number of patients with hepatitis C admitted to the hospital(138 cases) decreased from that in 2019(153 cases). Cases were reported in all months of the year, without obvious seasonal distribution characteristics. Among the 291 patients, the proportion of males was 64.95%, and the occupational distribution was dominated by agriculture, fishing(boat) and civilian industry(36.08%), mainly from rural areas(44.33%). With the increase of monthly income and level of education, the proportion of hepatitis C patients decreased. The constituent ratio of patients aged 41 to 60 years(39.18%) and married or cohabiting patients(57.73%) were the highest among the same group. Conclusions Rural middle-aged men account for a high proportion of hepatitis C patients admitted to a hospital. In hepatitis C prevention and control work, publicity and education should be carried out in key groups and areas, and corresponding prevention and control measures should be taken according to different epidemic characteristics.更多还原
