【摘要】 目的 观察稳心调脂汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病(CHD)合并高脂血症(HL)临床疗效。方法将我院收治130例CHD合并HL患者随机分为研究组与对照组各65例。对照组使用瑞舒伐他汀治疗研究组使用稳心调脂汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。观察两组临床疗效;比较两组症状评分、颈动脉斑块面积、颈内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、安全性。结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组症状评分低于治疗前研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组颈动脉斑块面积、IMT低于治疗前,研究组颈动脉斑块面积、IMT低于对照组(P<0.05);两组TC、TG、LDLC低于治疗前,研究组TC、TG、LDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05);未发现肝肾功能、电解质明显异常。结论稳心调脂汤联合瑞舒伐他汀有效治疗CHD合并HL患者,能改善症状,缩小颈动脉斑块,降低血脂,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction combined with rosuvastatin on coronary heart disease(CHD) with hyperlipidemia(HL).Methods A total of 130 patients with CHD and HL were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 65 patients in each group.Control group was treated with rosuvastatin,and study group was treated with Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,the symptom scores,carotid plaque area,carotid intima media thickness(IMT),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the symptom scores were lower than before treatment in both groups,and were lower in study group than control group(P<0.05);the area of carotid artery plaques and IMT were lower than before treatment in both groups,and were lower in study group than control group(P<0.05);TC,TG,and LDL-C were lower than before treatment in both groups,and were lower in study group than control group(P<0.05);no significant abnormalities in liver and kidney function or electrolytes were found.Conclusion Wenxin Tiaozhi Decoction combined with rosuvastatin is effective in treating CHD patients with HL,improving symptoms,reducing carotid plaque,lowering blood lipids,and has good safety.更多还原
