【摘要】 目的 观察自拟术后排气散对胆囊切除术后综合征（PCS）患者胃肠功能的影响。方法 将我院122例PCS患者随机分为观察组与对照组各61例。对照组予常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上予自拟术后排气散治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状、疼痛、血清指标、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（ P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组右胁或右上腹疼痛或胀闷不适、纳呆、脘闷腹胀、口苦泛恶、身目发黄、小便黄赤、腹泻或便秘、舌脉象症状积分均低于对照组（ P<0.05）；观察组简易McGill疼痛问卷表（SR-MPQ）评分均低于对照组（ P<0.05）；观察组血清胆囊收缩素（CCK）和胃动素（MTL）水平均高于对照组（ P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 自拟术后排气散治疗PCS可有效改善患者临床症状，减轻疼痛，提高患者血清CCK和MTL水平，疗效较好，安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Self-made Shuhou Paiqi Powder on gastrointestinal function of patients with post-cholecystectomy syndrome(PCS). Methods A total of 122 PCS patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,61 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine western medicine,while observation group was additionally treated with Self-made Shuhou Paiqi Powder. The clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms,pain,serum indexes,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The response rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group( P<0.05). After treatment,pain or discomfort on right subaxillaryribsor upper right abdomen,nausea,nausea,anorexia,epigastric distension and depression,bitter taste in the mouth,yellow skin and eyes,dark urine,diarrhea or constipation,and tongue and pulse signs in observation group were lower than those in control group( P<0.05);scores of Short-form Mc Gill Pain Questionnaire(SR-MPQ)in observation group were lower than those in control group( P<0.05);levels of serum cholecystokinin(CCK)and motilin(MTL)in observation group were higher than those in control group( P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Self-made Shuhou Paiqi Powder can effectively improve clinical symptoms,relieve pain,increase serum CCK and MTL levels in PCS patients,with significant curative effect and high safety.更多还原
