【摘要】 为延续近代历史别墅的留存价值，该文以莫干山近代历史别墅群为例，选取山中具有改造意义的历史别墅进行更新研究，激发传统文化空间在现代语境中的生长力。应用体验经济理论相关内容，结合莫干山历史别墅的形成背景、存在价值及空间现状，构建由知到感的渐进式体验策略，以此进一步提升近代历史别墅的服务增量，为历史别墅体系的开发和延续提供理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to continue the historic villa’s own value, the reasonable restoration and renewal methods are proposed. In this paper we select Moganshan historic villas as the research object to stimulate the growth power of traditional cultural in the modern context. Meanwhile we apply the experience economy theory, combined with the formation background, existence value and space status of Moganshan historic villas, we construct a progressive experience strategy from knowledge to feeling, so as to enhance the service increment of historic villa, to provide a theoretical basis for the development and continuation of historic villa system.更多还原
