【摘要】 目的 分析铸瓷高嵌体修复年轻恒磨牙缺损的美学及修复质量。方法 选取第一恒磨牙牙体缺损年轻患者74例，随机均分为对照组(树脂充填)和观察组(铸瓷高嵌体修复)。采用美国公共健康服务评价标准(USPHS/Ryge临床评价标准)比较两组修复后6个月、1年、2年的美学及修复质量。结果 观察组修复6个月后邻接关系优于对照组，修复1年后修复体外形、邻接关系优于对照组，修复2年后修复体外形、表面、边缘密合性、邻接关系优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组外观总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患侧咬合力低于对侧(P<0.05),而观察组两侧无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 铸瓷高嵌体修复年轻恒磨牙缺损，其美学及修复质量较好，值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To analyze the aesthetic and restorative quality effects of cast ceramic onlay restoration on the repair of young permanent molar defects. Methods 74 young patients with first permanent molar tooth defects were selected and randomly divided into a control group(resin filling) and an observation group(cast ceramic onlay restoration). Aesthetic and repair quality between two groups at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years after repair was compared by using the US public health service evaluation standard(USPHS/Ryge clinical evaluation standard). Results After 6 months of repair, the adjacency score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. After 1 year of repair, the appearance and adjacency score of the restoration were higher than those of the control group. After 2 years of repair, the appearance, surface, edge tightness, and adjacency score of the restoration were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The appearance satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The bite force of the affected side in the control group was lower than that of the opposite side(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two sides in the observation group(P>0.05). Conclusion The use of cast porcelain onlay for repairing young permanent molar defects has good aesthetics and repair quality, and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.更多还原
