【Abstract】 Major outer membrane protein(MOMP) is the main component of Chlamydia extracorporeal membrane complex, which is closely related to the immunogenicity, invasiveness and virulence of Chlamydia, and is the main vaccine candidate antigen for Chlamydia. This paper mainly reviews the research progress on MOMP and its related vaccines in order to provide theoretical basis for the research and development of new clinical Chlamydia vaccines targeting MOMP.更多还原
