【摘要】 目的 探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise, mini-CEX)融合启发式教学模式在提升临床实践能力中的应用价值。方法 将2021年10月至2021年12月在新乡医学院第三附属医院骨科实习的60名学生按带教模式不同随机分为对照组和mini-CEX组，对照组采用传统带教模式，mini-CEX组采用mini-CEX融合启发式教学模式，每组各30名学生。对照组实习生采用传统教学法进行带教，mini-CEX组实习生采用mini-CEX融合启发式教学法进行带教，并利用标准化患者进行临床操作强化训练。mini-CEX组实习生在实习后2周、1个月、2个月各进行mini-CEX测评一次；实习结束后，两组实习生均进行mini-CEX测评。两组实习生骨科实习结束后，利用问卷调查对比两组带教老师和实习生对其接受的带教模式的认可度。结果 mini-CEX组带教老师和实习生对其实习期间带教模式认可度和满意度均高于对照组。与对照组实习生相比，mini-CEX组实习生的医疗谈话、体格检查、咨询技巧、职业能力、临床诊断、组织效率和综合临床能力评分均明显升高(均为P<0.05)。结论 mini-CEX融合启发式教学模式在临床医学生的临床教学中可增强实习生临床素质，有效提高实习生的临床综合能力。mini-CEX是提高医学实习生临床技能的有效工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of mini CEX fusion heuristic teaching mode in improving clinical practice ability.Methods Totally 60 students who practiced in the Department of Orthopedics of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from October, 2021 to December, 2021 were randomly divided into traditional teaching mode group(control group) and mini-CEX fusion heuristic teaching mode group(mini-CEX group), with 30 students in each group. The interns in the control group were taught by traditional teaching method, the interns in the mini-CEX group were taught by mini-CEX fusion heuristic teaching method, and the SP standardized patients were used for clinical operation training. Interns in mini-CEX group will be evaluated once every 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months after the internship; After the internship, both groups of interns were evaluated by mini-CEX. After the practice of in the Department of Orthopedics of the two groups of interns, a questionnaire survey was used to compare the recognition of the teaching mode accepted by the two groups of teachers and interns.Results The recognition and satisfaction of mini-CEX teachers and interns on the teaching mode during their internship were higher than those in the control group. Compared with the interns in the control group, the scores of medical conversation, physical examination, consulting skills, professional ability, clinical diagnosis, organizational efficiency and comprehensive clinical ability of the interns in the mini-CEX group were significantly higher(all P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX fusion heuristic teaching mode can enhance the clinical quality of interns and effectively improve the clinical comprehensive ability of interns in the clinical education of clinical medical students. Mini-CEX is an effective tool to improve clinical skills.更多还原
