【摘要】 目的：探究乳腺包块穿刺标本病理活体组织检查与诊断的效果。方法：选取我院2020年5月—2021年6月收治的70例乳腺疾病患者作为研究对象，对所有患者予以穿刺标本病理活体组织检查及包块切除病检，以包块切除病检作为乳腺疾病诊断金标准。分析乳腺包块穿刺标本病理活体组织检查结果与诊断效能。结果：70例乳腺疾病患者行穿刺标本病理活体组织检查中进行3～4次取材，且取材成功，穿刺标本病理活体组织检查结果显示良性肿瘤患者共检出53例，包块切除病检检出良性肿瘤患者50例，两种检查方式检出良性肿瘤结果差异不显著（P>0.05）；穿刺标本病理活体组织检查检出恶性肿瘤患者17例，包块切除病检检出恶性肿瘤患者20例，穿刺标本病理活体组织检查检出恶性肿瘤结果与包块切除病检结果有所差异，差异不大（P>0.05）；乳腺包块穿刺标本病理活体组织诊断中恶性检出率为24.29%，灵敏度为70.00%，特异度为94.00%，恶性预测值为82.35%，良性预测值为88.68%，诊断准确率为87.14%。结论：在乳腺疾病患者检查中实施乳腺包块穿刺标本病理活体组织检查具有较高检出率，疾病诊断准确性较高，并能有效分辨疾病性质，值得推广实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of pathological biopsy and diagnosis of breast massespuncture specimen.Methods:A total of 70 patients with breast diseases admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects.All patients were subjected topathologicalbiopsy of puncture specimen and mass resectionexamination,the diagnostic gold standard of breast diseases was mass resectionexamination.To analyze the results and diagnostic efficacy of pathological biopsy of breast masses puncture specimen.Results:In 70 cases of breast diseases,biopsy specimens were obtained for3to4 times,and the samples were obtained successfully.The results of pathological biopsy of puncture specimen showed that 53 cases were diagnosed as benign tumors and 50 cases with benign tumors were detected by mass resectionexamination.There was no significant difference in the results of detecting benign tumors between the two examination methods(P>0.05);There were 17 cases of malignant tumors detected by pathological biopsy of puncture specimen and 20 cases with malignant tumors detected by mass resection.There was no significant difference in the results of detecting malignant tumors between pathologicalbiopsy of puncture specimen and mass resectionexamination(P>0.05);In pathologicalbiopsy of breast massespuncture specimen,the detection rate of malignancy was 24.29%,the sensitivity was 70.00%,the specificity was 94.00%,the malignant predictive value was 82.35%,thebenignpredictive valuewas 88.68%,the diagnostic accuracy was 87.14%.Conclusion:The implementation of pathological biopsy of breast masses puncture specimen in patients with breast diseases has a high detection rate,high diagnostic accuracy,and can effectively distinguish the nature of the disease,it is worth popularizing and implementing.更多还原
