辽东楤木不同部位清除自由基作用研究

【摘要】 为开发我国东北地区资源丰富的辽东楤木资源,拓展其食、药价值,采用DPPH法测试辽东楤木不同部位总皂苷及各部位总皂苷进一步分离得到的不同极性部分的抗氧化作用。结果表明辽东楤木根、茎、叶70%乙醇提取的总皂苷均具有较强的清除DPPH自由基作用,且清除能力为根>茎>叶;各部位总皂苷经过大孔树脂分离得到的不同极性部分中,根、叶的50%乙醇分离部分均强于总皂苷和其他极性部分,茎的不同极性部分均弱于总皂苷。说明根、茎、叶不同部位抗氧化成分可能有一定差异,或者抗氧化成分含量有很大差异。从研究结果可知辽东楤木资源在抗氧化方面有一定的开发价值。

【Abstract】 In order to develop the abundant resources of Aralia elata in northeast China and to expand its edible and medicinal value, the DPPH method is used to test the antioxidation of different parts of total saponins and different polar parts of total saponins of Aralia elata. The results show that the saponins extracted with 70% ethanol from root, stem and leaf of Aralia elata have strong DPPH radical scavenging activity, and the scaveng-ing activity in order of strength is root > stem > leaf. Among the different polar parts of total saponins separated by macroporous resin, the DPPH radi-cal scavenging activity of parts separated by 50% ethanol from root and leaf are stronger than that of the total saponins and other polar parts, while the different polar parts of stem are weaker than the total saponins. This indicates that there may be some differences in antioxidant components or in the content of antioxidant components in different parts of roots, stems and leaves. The results show that Aralia elata resources have certain develop-ment value in antioxidation.
