祁连山菌物保育区植物物种多样性及区系研究
Species Diversity and Flora of Qilian Mountain Fungus Conservation Area
【摘要】 为摸清祁连山菌物保育区植物物种多样性及区系特征,并为祁连山地区植物与菌物生物多样性保护和资源可持续利用提供有效措施与理论依据,该研究采用历史文献整理、野外实地调查、标本采集和鉴定及数据统计分析对祁连山菌物保育区不同植被景观类型样地的植物物种多样性进行了研究,并对植物种类、科(属)及植物区系特征进行了分析。结果表明:(1)祁连山菌物保育区共有植物206种,隶属于44科116属,其中优势科为禾本科、菊科与蔷薇科,优势属为针茅属与委陵菜属,主要以草本植物与低矮灌木为主,青海云杉与祁连圆柏是当地仅有的成林树种;(2)不同样地植物种类丰富程度顺序为人工林<祁连圆柏林<青海云杉林<灌丛<草地;(3)植物分布区系类型多样,按科分布类型可划分为7类,以世界广布为主,属的水平上有18个类型,以北温带分布最多。总体上,保育区内植物组成以单一科(属)的形式居多,且以少数几个科(属)占优势。文章研究结果对祁连山生态保护及菌物保育区的长远建设与维护具有重要的参考价值。
【Abstract】 In order to find out the plant species diversity and phylogenetic characteristics of Qilian Mountain mycorrhizal conservation area,and to provide effective measures and theoretical basis for the protection of plant and mycorrhizal biodiversity and sustainable use of resources in the Qilian Mountain region,the study used historical literature collation,field survey,specimen collection and identification,and statistical analysis of data to investigate the plant species diversity of different vegetation landscape types in the Qilian Mountain mycorrhizal conservation area,and to The plant species,families(genera)and flora characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that:(1)there are 206 species of plants in Qilian Mountain Mycoflora Conservation Area,belonging to 44 families and 116 genera,of which the dominant families are Gramineae,Asteraceae and Rosaceae,and the dominant genera are Needle fescue and Cimicifuga,which are mainly herbaceous plants and low shrubs,and the Qinghai spruce and Qilian cypress are the only locally forested tree species;(2)the richness of plant species of different sample plots is in the order of planted forests < Qilian cypress forests < shrublands < Qinghai spruce forests <Qilian cypress forests < shrublands. Qinghai spruce forest < scrub < grassland;(3)the plant distribution system is diversified,according to the distribution type of family can be divided into 7 categories,mainly in the world,there are 18 types at the level of genus,with the most distribution in the north temperate zone. Overall,the plant composition in the conservation area is dominated by a single family(genus)and a few families(genera). The results of this study have important reference value for the ecological protection of the Qilian Mountains and the long-term construction and maintenance of the mycorrhizal conservation area.
