基于广联达BIM5D的房屋建筑工程施工管理与资源优化

【摘要】 在建筑施工行业,BIM技术的应用已成必然。以张掖市蓝山公馆商住小区一期工程5#住宅楼项目为例,运用BIM5D技术,完成图纸审核、方案优化。应用Revit软件构建三维模型并进行碰撞检查、综合优化;应用广联达土建、安装算量软件及计价软件,完成工程量的精确提取,实现限额领料,达到了材料精细化管理的目标;另外,实现了进度管控、施工动态模拟、模型实景渲染等。结果表明,应用该技术缩短工期35天,不仅节约成本283815.75元,而且保证了安全和施工质量,能够有效提升管理水平,成果显著。

【Abstract】 In the building construction industry,the application of BIM technology has become inevitable. Take the 5# residential building project of the first phase of the commercial and residential district of Lanshan Mansion in Zhangye City as an example,BIM5D technology was applied to complete the drawing audit and programme optimisation. Revit software was applied to build a three-dimensional model and carry out collision checking and comprehensive optimisation;Quanta civil construction and installation calculation software and pricing software were applied to complete the accurate extraction of work volume,realise the quota collar and achieve the goal of fine material management;in addition,progress control,construction dynamic simulation and model realistic rendering were achieved. The results show that the application of the technology shortened the construction period by 35days,which not only saved RMB 283,815.75,but also ensured the safety and construction quality,and could effectively improve the management level with remarkable results.
