基于(1S,2S)-1,2-环己二胺的手性固定相的研究

【摘要】 采用键合臂法,分别以3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和1,6-己二异氰酸酯为键合臂,并用3,5-二甲基苯基异氰酸酯衍生制备得到两种(1S,2S)-1,2-环己二胺固定相;另外通过巯基-烯点击化学制备(1S,2S)-1,2-环己二胺手性固定相。采用界面聚合法,分别以均苯三甲酰氯、三异氰酸酯和均苯三甲醛为交联剂,哌嗪为单体,制备了三种(1S,2S)-1,2-环己二胺固定相。对6种手性固定相进行装柱,制备了6根高效液相色谱柱,并在流动相为正己烷/异丙醇(9∶1, 98∶2,V∶V)的条件下拆分手性化合物,结果表明,它们均对多种手性化合物达到了不同程度的分离。

【Abstract】 By using 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane and 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate as the bonding arms and derivatizing with 3,5-dimethylphenyl isocyanate, two kinds of(1S,2S)-1,2-dicyclohexanediamine stationary phase were prepared. Another cyclohexanediamine chiral stationary phase was also prepared by thiol-ene click chemistry. In addition, with trimesoyl chloride, triisocyanate and trimelliform as crosslinking agent and piperazine as monomer, three(1S,2S)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine stationary phases were synthesized by interfacial polymerization. The packed six chiral columns were investigated under n-hexane/isopropanol(9∶1, 98∶2, V∶V) in high-performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that they can separate a variety of chiral compounds with different resolution.
