固相萃取-气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法检测生活饮用水中8种酰胺类除草剂残留
Simultaneous determination of 8 amide herbicides in drinking water by solid phase extractiongas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
【摘要】 应用固相萃取-气相色谱三重四级杆串联质谱法建立了生活饮用水中8种酰胺类除草剂检测方法。用乙酸乙酯为洗脱液,以C18固相萃取柱对水样品进行预处理后,加入内标物环氧七氯B,经HP-5MS UI色谱柱分离,在多反应监测模式(MRM)下进行定性定量分析。8种酰胺类除草剂的质量浓度在10~250μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.998,方法检出限为0.12~0.36μg/L。样品加标回收率为81.1%~104.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.6%~6.3%(n=6)。
【Abstract】 An analytical method of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) combined with solid phase extraction(SPE) was developed for simultaneous determination 8 amide herbicides in drinking water. Ethyl acetate were used as eluent to pretreat the water sample in C18 solid phase extraction column. Epoxy heptachlor B used as the internal standard was added into the eluent. The analytes were separated on HP-5MS UI column, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively under MRM mode. The eight amide herbicides showed a good linear relationship ranged from 10 μg/L to 250 μg/L with the correlation coefficient above 0.998, and the detection limit of this method ranged from 0.12 to 0.36 μg/L. The recoveries ranged from 81.1% to 104.5%, and the relative standard deviations of determination results were between 1.6% and 6.3%(n=6).
