石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定生活饮用水中铝
Direct determination of aluminum in drinking water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry
【摘要】 建立石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定生活饮用水中铝的分析方法。灰化温度为1 500℃,原子化温度为2 400℃,不加基体改进剂,采用普通石墨管,直接测定生活饮用水中铝。铝质量浓度在0~50μg/L范围内与吸光度峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 1,方法检测限为0.34μg/L,加标回收率为106.4%~112.6%,自来水样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.62%(n=6)。石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定饮用水中铝方法简单、快捷,干扰少。
【Abstract】 A method of direct determination of aluminum in drinking water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established. The ashing temperature was 1 500 ℃ and the atomization temperature was 2 400 ℃, without matrix modifier, ordinary graphite tube was used to directly determine aluminum in drinking water. The mass concentration of aluminum had a good linear relationship with the absorbance peak area in the range of 0-50 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 1, and the detection limit of the method was 0.34 μg/L. The recovery rate of spiking was 106.4%-112.6%, and the relative standard deviation of the determination result of tap water sample was 0.62%(n=6). The direct determination of aluminum in drinking water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is simple, rapid and less interference.
