鱼雷罐内纯氧助燃预热废钢的数值模拟
Numerical simulation on preheating scrap with oxy-fuel combustion in torpedo
【摘要】 废钢预热是目前国内长流程钢铁企业提高转炉废钢比的有效途径.针对大型钢铁企业使用鱼雷罐运输铁水的情况,讨论了纯氧助燃预热鱼雷罐内废钢工艺的可行性.采用数值模拟的方法对非预混燃烧的气体流动及气固传热行为进行分析,探讨了该工艺的特点.研究结果表明:燃烧器结构对废钢预热效果有明显影响,使用双管氧燃枪可强化料堆内气流运动,优化传热条件,获得良好的废钢预热效果;随着煤气流量的增大,燃烧反应加剧,废钢预热温度升高;煤气和氧气流速增加后气体混合状况变差,煤气利用率呈降低趋势.对于某厂320 t鱼雷罐,在转炉煤气流量为6 000 m~3/h时,20 min内废钢可被加热到平均温度1 031 K,满足预热要求.
【Abstract】 Preheating scrap is an effective way to improve the scrap ratio of converters for domestic enterprises using the blast furnace-converter process. In view of the situation of transporting hot metal by torpedo in large steel enterprises, the feasibility of preheating scrap in torpedo by oxy-fuel combustion of BOF gas was discussed, and the gas flow behavior and heat transfer characteristics were analyzed by numerical simulation method. The results indicated that the structure of the oxy-fuel lance had an obvious influence on the preheating effect of scrap. The double-nozzle oxy-fuel lance could strengthen the airflow movement in the scrap stack, optimize the heat transfer conditions, and obtain a great preheating effect of scrap. With the gas flow rate increasing, the combustion reaction intensified, and the preheating temperature of scrap increased. With the increase of gas and oxygen flow rate, the gas mixing condition became worse and the gas utilization rate decreased. For the 320 t torpedo, when the flow rate of converter gas was 6 000 m~3/h, the average temperature of scrap could be heated to 1 031 K within 20 min, which could meet the preheating requirements.
