大宗淡水鱼细胞培养与应用研究进展
Research progress of cell culture in bulk freshwater fish and its application
【摘要】 细胞培养作为一种重要的生物学研究方法,广泛应用于病毒学、免疫学、内分泌学、环境毒理学、药理学以及遗传学等多学科研究中。从国内外大宗淡水鱼细胞培养的研究历程、基础技术及应用等方面进行了综述,在此基础上,对目前大宗淡水鱼细胞培养研究的不足之处进行了总结,并对下一步的研究方向进行了展望,旨在为建立更多大宗淡水鱼细胞系及相关应用研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Cell culture refers to the enzymatic, mechanical or chemical disaggregation of tissues into individual cells, which are cultured to simulate the in vivo environment of animals and to promote their growth and development. With the development of cell culture technology, fish cell lines have been widely used in multidisciplinary research in virology, immunology, endocrinology, environmental toxicology, pharmacology and genetics. The bulk freshwater fish have the largest proportion and the longest development history of aquaculture in China, mainly including Mylopharyngodon piceus, Ctenopharyngodon Idella, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, Aristichthys nobilis, Cyprinus carpio, Carassius auratu and Megalobrama skolkovii. Up to now, there are some bulk freshwater cell lines established and used for different research purposes. However, there are still many unknowns to explore. This review briefly discusses the history of fish cell culture, its current applications and cell culture techniques. On this basis, the paper also summarizes the shortcomings of the current cell culture research of bulk freshwater fish, and makes prospects for the further research, hoping to provide a reference for future research on fish cell culture techniques.
