【摘要】 依据马克思主义政治经济学，市场经济条件下的数字经济体系运转依赖于数据的攫取和积累，其中初始数据向数据要素的转化依赖于资本化过程，数据要素向数据商品的转化依赖于商品化过程，即通过数据的资本化和商品化进行价值积累与增殖。特别是在由生产力和生产关系所构建的数字经济体系下，数据商品的价值来源于数据工程师的生产性劳动而非平台用户的经济活动，数据产权在数字经济的运行过程中发挥着关键性作用，对大数据的私人占有保证了资本家对数据商品剩余价值的攫取；这种产权与权能的分离在数字经济发展的初始阶段能够促进生产社会化发展，但随着经济的发展私人占有与大数据公共属性之间的矛盾愈发尖锐，这种矛盾的演化只有在公有产权下才能得到有效缓和，从而驳斥了价值规律在数字经济时代已然失效的观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to Marxist political economy, the operation of digital economy system under the conditions of market economy depends on the capture and accumulation of data, in which the transformation of initial data to data elements depends on the capitalization process, and the transformation of data elements to data commodities depends on the commercialization process, that is, the accumulation and multiplication of value through the capitalization and commercialization of data. Especially in the digital economy system built with productivity and production relations, the value of data commodities comes from the productive labor of data engineers rather than the economic activities of platform users, data property rights play a key role in the operation of the digital economy, and the private ownership of big data ensures that capitalists seize the surplus value of data commodities. The separation of property rights and power can promote the socialization of production in the initial stage of the development of the digital economy, but with the development of the economy, the contradiction between private ownership and the public attributes of big data becomes more and more acute, and the evolution of this contradiction can only be effectively alleviated under public property rights, thus refuting the view that the law of value has become invalid in the era of digital economy.更多还原
