教师关怀行为对在线学习投入的影响研究——学业自我效能感的中介作用

【摘要】 以教师关怀行为为研究视角,引入学业自我效能感为中介变量,运用问卷调查及统计分析方法探索教师关怀行为与在线学习投入之间的关系及其作用机制。通过对856名在线学习者的数据分析发现:教师关怀行为对在线学习投入具有正向影响,其中各维度影响效应强弱为可及性>参与性>清晰性>包容性;学业自我效能感在教师关怀行为与在线学习投入之间发挥部分中介作用。建议提升在线学习投入要开发“面向在线教育的教师关怀行为能力提升”课程,充分发挥学业自我效能感的桥梁作用,重申社会存在的重要性。

【Abstract】 Take teachers’ caring behavior as the research perspective, introduces academic self-efficacy as the intermediary variable, and explore the relationship between teachers’ caring behavior and online learning engagement and its mechanism by using questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. Through the data analysis of 856 online learners, it is found that teachers’ caring behavior has a positive impact on online learning investment, and the influence effect of each dimension is accessibility>participation>clarity>inclusiveness; Academic self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between teachers’ caring behavior and online learning investment. Finally, the research suggests that to improve online learning investment, we should develop the course “Improving Teachers’ Caring Behavior Ability for Online Education”, give full play to the bridge role of academic self-efficacy, and reiterate the importance of social existence.
