【摘要】 党的十九大提出中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。党的二十大指出，教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑，要加快建设高质量教育体系，办好人民满意的教育。本文围绕新时代体育高质量人才培养的意义、内涵，阐述培养体育高质量人才在教育理念、课程目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学模式进行创新与优化的理论与路径。针对高校体育专业培养人才过程中思政内容碎片化、同质化，提出以项群理论为支撑建设系列化体育专业思政课程，真正做到专业教育与思政教育同向同行、立德与树人双管齐下，达到培养体育高质量人才的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the 19th CPC National Congress, socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. The Party’s 20th National Congress pointed out that education, science and technology, and human resources are the basic and strategic support for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. We should speed up the development of a high-quality education system and ensure that education is satisfactory to the people. This paper focuses on the significance and connotation of the training of high-quality sports talents in the new era, and expounds the theory and path of the innovation and optimization of the training of high-quality sports talents in the educational concept, curriculum objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching mode. In view of the fragmentation and homogenization of ideological and political content in the process of training talents for physical education majors in colleges and universities, this paper proposes to build a series of ideological and political courses for physical education majors with the support of the group theory, so as to truly achieve the same professional education and ideological and political education, and to achieve the purpose of cultivating high-quality physical education talents.更多还原
